You are leading the construction of a start-up focused on the well-being of workers in Indonesia from a legal perspective. The scope would include both general affairs and business strategies. This multi-regional role will significantly support the legal function, including but not limited to contract management and maintenance, third-party risk management (due diligence), collaborative support with international trade stakeholders, particularly in Asia Pacific), business monitoring and maintenance, procurement contracts and other legal documents. As a General Counsel, a position/leadership role, the candidate must lead the legal team to support the sustainability of our client`s business: digital banking. In addition to many legal tasks, you will also need to be heavily involved in various interesting and challenging product developments – one of the opportunities for the candidate to also contribute to the acquisition and further development of the company.
