The stage cards return this season after three seasons. With illegal arms trafficking and a hunt for Somali terrorists in limbo, Detectives Goren, Eames, Nichols and newcomer Stevens are pooling their resources. The heart of their investigation is to bring Captain Ross` killer to justice. This is part 2 of the first episode of the season. To reinforce his image as a vengeful son, Hassan, the power-hungry son of a Somali sheikh, orders the death of the men he had previously ordered to kill his father. With illegal arms trafficking and a hunt for Somali terrorists in limbo, Detectives Goren, Eames, Nichols and newcomer Stevens are pooling their resources to deliver justice. However, doctors have another secret to protect and fear that someone will find out that the gangsters have funded their practice. Rachel, a young girl from the Midwest who has moved to New York, is murdered after visiting a medical center for treatment for a stroke. Maya, a nurse at the medical center, and her boyfriend Damon are implicated in a series of sexual assaults and murders. They are responsible, among other things, for Rachel`s death. Nichols and Stevens must find out if Randall, the help of another nurse, or Maya and Damon are the killers before there is another murder.
